I haven't been to Mueller Park Canyon for at least 16 years. It was beautiful. Although my pictures can in no way do it justice, I thought I'd share some anyway.

I think your photos are lovely. You asked if it was possible to use fresh fruit in the recipe. I honestly don't know. It was written for dry fruit and I've never tried it with fresh. I hope you are having a good evening. Blessings...Mary
