FHE for July 28

School starts tomorrow so we had this lesson today. We talked about what to do if we see someone on or near the school that should not be there or who looks like they should not be there. It’s better to be safe than sorry. We talked about always using the buddy system to walk home. We talked about passwords in case someone else needs to pick them up. We talked about obeying the traffic laws and waiting for the crossing guard to tell you its okay to cross. We also reviewed what to do if they are home alone. Always answer the phone. If they ask for Mom or Dad say they are busy. Don’t tell them you are home alone. Don’t answer the door. Etc.We did some role playing and then had refreshments-cookies in the shape of traffic signs.
