Wax Museum

As a project in school, everyone researched a historical figure, made a poster about the person and then had to dress up as that person and pretend to be a wax figure. My son wrote about Wild Bill Hickock. One thing we couldn't find was why he was referred to as "Wild Bill" His real name was James Butler Hickock. He traveled with Annie Oakley in a traveling "Wild West Show". The man who killed him, Jack McCall, claimed he was avenging his brother. McCall had only sisters.
