Lunch: Soup with crackers
Dinner: Grilled Chicken , Baked Potato, Steamed Vegetables
Wednesday:

Lunch: Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Pork Chops, Fresh Steamed Vegetables
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Sandwich with Chips
Dinner:Spaghetti,Fresh Salad Steamed Vegetable

Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches with Chips

Tuesday Tuna Noodle Casserole

Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie

2 c chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh caulifowerets
1/3 c chopped onion
1/3 c chopped green bell pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c Bisquick
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling in medium saucepan. Add broccoli; cover and heat to boiling. cook about 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain thoroughly. Stir together cooked broccoli, onion, bell pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
