Works for Me Wednesday

This is my first Works for Me Wednesday post. I love it when my children put their own clothes away. Little children can't reach the rod though. I put a low rod in my son's closet when he was three and he has been hanging up his clothes ever since. He is now almost 10. When my daughter (who is now 6) was 3, I did the same thing for her. Love that they put their own clothes away. To get more ideas, click here.

That's great that they help. I cant keep their clothes on hangers, they all wind up in a heap on the floor sooo they all go in their drawers!

Such a simple solution! I remember somebody suggesting we go into our kids' room walking, so to speak, on our knees...to get closer to their height and see things from their perspective. Then we can better appreciate their challenges, like not being able to reach the top rod!
